cold or at room temperature. The
following examples are ways that people are using the packs today.
This may not be the best for your application.
Try different things. In the
end, only you know what works best for you.

Migraine Headache |
Most people will get best results using cold. Apply to the forehead and temple area and relax.
Also try applying to the back of the neck and temple area.
Usually apply to where you first noticed the headache.
Use as soon as you feel the headache coming on.

Inflammation |
Always use cold on swollen and inflamed areas.
After the inflammation is gone, use heat to speed the healing process.
If you use heat and the area begins to throb, it could possible be
inflamed. Change to cold.

Aches and Pains |
Use warm and apply directly to the area of discomfort.
Apply on the skin when
possible for best results.

Joint Problems |
Mist with water and heat in microwave. Moist heat will penetrate deeper into the joints.
Apply over the area or wrap around the area of discomfort.

Stress/Depression |
Warm
gently and apply over shoulder or around the neck area.
Pick a comfortable spot to sit and relax.

Insomnia |
Use warm or room temperature and apply to the chest area for about 10 minutes before bedtime.
Can
be used in bed and laid next to your pillow.

Cold and Flu |
Use warm and apply to the chest area.

Menstrual Cramps |
Use warm and apply directly to the area of discomfort.
In General, use you pack cold for migraine headaches,
swelling and inflammation and use it hot or room temperature for everything else.
